Waynesville Second Sunday Stroll
We are soliciting support from local area galleries and artist guilds
each month as part of our event this year. Featured supporting
guilds or galleries agree to bring a minimum of 6 artisans to display
their artworks and/or demonstrate their techniques. You can bring
more artisans if you would like and as long as we have advanced
notice, we will place all of your group together. In return for bringing
6 or more artisans to participate on one of the dates mentioned, the
guild or gallery would be featured on our website along with a
hyperlink to the group's website. When possible, we would also
mention supporting guilds and galleries in our advertising and
publicity releases as one of the featured groups for the event. On
the day of the event, you can setup an area to provide literature
about your guild and any classes or any events you have scheduled
in the near future. Artisans are welcome to sell any of their works
from the display area as well.
Would you please consider being a part of Waynesville's Second
Sunday Stroll in 2009? Waynesville is blessed with some wonderful
local artisans and some visiting artists from other areas of the
tri-state who have participated in 2007 and 2008 but we need to
reach out to others to help support the Arts in Waynesville in order
to make this event grow.
